Religion: One of the most dangerous diseases in the history of mankind and the one we have been focused the most as a band since the beginning - it's not the only problem.
Sadly, it's been proven that human beings in general (including every group and subculture) have a sheep-like mentality and are willing to follow, to do and to believe whatever they're told without questioning it, specially if it helps them to fit in. There have been thousands of cases, from Jesus to Hitler (not to go far), it's a fact.
If the battle is against religion and it's enslavement, throwing shit at christianity by glorifying satanism it's an aberration. If the goal behind the message is "individuality" [the exaltation of one's inner-self], calling it "Satan" is wrong.
You don't really want to speak about individualism. If that were the case, you wouldn't be using the word "satan" at all. You'd be using the term "inner self" or any other synonym.

The excuse is probably that Satan is supposed to be the greatest individualist of all times...? - pure infantile bullshit...
Individualism doesn't sell records, it does not create herds, and it does not fill concert halls. "Satan" does. To be able to fake [something every business whore knows how to handle] being against the most popular disease in history (the christ syndrome), they must use it's counterpart to get attention, create some controversy amongst conservative groups and to get brainless followers to buy their records, their (so-called) art, their products, etc.
Sadly, it's a fact. Human beings are sheeps with a herd mentality, and just like christians believe all the garbage from the bible, word by word literally, non christians who listen to music where the central theme is satan will also believe that garbage, word by word, literally.
So, just how we started a war against christianity and religion as a whole, we now evolve to a war against everything humanity has been led to believe. A real exaltation of one's inner self. Individuality. A war against the cattle culture. A war in favor of the intellect, logic and reason, where reality defecates over fantasy, and humanity becomes just a guest in the planet; not it's parasite 'owner'.
Metal head or not, most people belong in the herd.

Religión: Una de las enfermedades más grandes en la historia de la humanidad y en la que mayormente hemos puesto el foco como banda desde el inicio - no es el único problema.
Lamentablemente, está comprobado que los seres humanos en general (incluyendo todos los grupos y sub-culturas) son propensos a tener mentalidad de rebaño y están dispuestos a seguir, hacer y creer lo que se les diga sin cuestionar, sobretodo con el fin de encajar. Con miles de ejemplos, desde Jesús hasta Hitler (por no ir muy lejos), es un hecho.
Si el problema a combatir es la religión y sus cadenas, echarle mierda al cristianismo glorificando al satanismo es una aberración. Si el propósito de tu mensaje es 'individualismo' [la exaltación del yo], utilizar el nombre de Satán está mal.
Ustedes no quieren hablar de individualismo. De ser así, no utilizarían la palabra "satán" en ningún aspecto. En su lugar utilizarían el término de "yo interno" o algún sinónimo.

Probablemente la excusa sea que Satán es el individualista más grande en la historia...? - puras alucinaciones infantiles...
El individualismo no vende discos, no crea rebaños y no llena conciertos. "Satán" sí. Para fingir [algo que cualquier hombre de negocios maneja con experiencia] llevarle la contraria a la enfermedad más popular de la historia (el 'síndrome de cristo') deben usar su contra-parte para así llamar la atención, crear controversia entre los grupos conservadores y conseguir seguidores descerebrados que compren sus discos, su (mal llamada) arte, sus productos, etc.
Porque sí; lamentablemente está comprobado que los seres humanos son un rebaño con mentalidad de ganado, y así como los cristianos creen la basura de la biblia literalmente y al pie de de la letra, los no-cristianos que escuchan música donde el tema central es 'satán' también se van a creer esa basura al pie de la letra, literalmente.
Entonces, de la misma forma que empezamos una guerra en contra del cristianismo y la religión en general, ahora evolucionamos a una guerra en contra de todo lo que el ser humano ha sido guiado a creer. Una verdadera exaltación del ser; individualismo. Una guerra en contra de la cultura ganado. Una guerra en pro del intelecto, lógica y razonamiento, en la que lo real defeca en la fantasía, y donde el ser humano es solo un habitante del planeta y no un 'dueño' parásito de él.
Metaleros o no, la mayoría pertenece al rebaño.
